For our Website visitors and leads, SeaMonkey is the data controller.
For our clients’ customers and end-users, the client is typically the data controller, and SeaMonkey operates as a processor/service provider under contract and instructions.
Note: You stated clients do not provide us customer email lists for custom audiences.
